Why this matters to me

Early in my career, I saw talented women leaders hesitate, overthink, and play small because they didn’t believe they belonged at the table. I’ve been there too — questioning myself, second-guessing my decisions, and wondering if I was really cut out for leadership.

What changed everything for me was discovering that leadership isn’t about being perfect it’s about being empowered. Once I got the right tools, mentors, and mindset, I found my courage. And now, I’ve made it my mission to help others find theirs.

What I do today

I’ve coached and developed more than 500 leaders across industries and across the globe. From first-time managers to senior executives, I’ve seen what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to thriving in leadership.

Today, I specialise in coaching newly promoted women leaders — helping them silence imposter syndrome, set boundaries, delegate with confidence, and have the tough conversations that build respect.
