Genevieve Hodge brings over 15 years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, training and facilitation, developing over 500 leaders globally.
An award-winning business-woman, her qualifications include:

Genevieve is an Ambassador for the Inner Development Goals (Kilimanjaro) and accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ACC), and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (Practitioner).
Genevieve specialises in helping emerging leaders—particularly women—build unshakable self-belief, strengthen emotional intelligence, and step into leadership with clarity and confidence.
Her proprietary 'Empowered Leadership Framework', used in both private and team coaching programs, aligns mindset (Heart), strategy (Head), and execution (Action)—equipping leaders to confidently navigate complexity, lead purpose-driven teams, and deliver measurable impact.
