The Impactors' Team Coaching Program

Most leadership programs deliver theory and tips but lack integration, accountability, and personalised support. Managers are inspired in the session and overwhelmed the next day.

The Impactors blends small-group coaching, practical leadership challenges, and real-world application through my 3-phase coaching framework. It’s backed by the Empowered Leadership Method™, which aligns Head, Heart, and Action to create behaviour change that lasts.

Whether your organisation has a full team to enrol or just 1–2 high-potential leaders, The Impactors can be tailored to suit. Participants may join a cross-industry cohort or a private internal group — whichever creates the most impact for your organisation.

Program Structure: A 6 Month, 3-Phase Journey

Each phase blends coaching, team learning, and workplace action—so your leaders build confidence, apply what they learn, and grow in real time.

PHASE 1

Self-Leadership Stocktake (Months 1–2)

Participants begin by reflecting on their mindset, values, and leadership behaviours. This phase includes a 1:1 kickoff or diagnostic survey (optional), access to coaching tools for self-awareness, a live cohort workshop, and the creation of individual empowerment plans. HR and leadership are also engaged in a briefing to align on goals and expectations.

PHASE 2

Leadership in Action

(Months 3–4)

Participants apply what they’ve learned through a real-world impact project aligned with your organisation’s goals. They receive coaching support, build accountability in peer pods, and stay engaged through weekly integration tools, progress check-ins, and live implementation sessions.

PHASE 3

Reflection & Integration (Months 5–6)

In the final phase, leaders consolidate their growth and share outcomes in a live showcase with key stakeholders. This phase also includes a final group coaching session, a career planning module, an HR debrief, and optional feedback from mentors or managers.

Yes. All workshops, coaching, and support are delivered virtually via Zoom to support remote and distributed teams.

We recommend 5–10 participants per cohort. More than 10? We’ll split them into smaller, high-touch groups. Minimum 3pax.

Q: Can we customise the program?
